Order arrived quickly and was well put together. Burrito was delicious and the portion was quite generous. Will order again! Love that they have multiple vegetarian options (veggie burrito or plant based protein). Get the guac. The upcharge is worth it.

Burrito Bowl was half full, they barely put half a scoop of rice. Skimpy on the meat as well, which I actually don't mind because the brisket was awful, super dry and overcooked. Tortilla on the Side was also stale and dry. Don't recommend ordering from this location. Chipotle in Okemos is usually better!

I paid $14 for a very small salad, when I could pay less than that at Qdoba and get a salad thats 2 to 3 times bigger than this. Absolutely ridiculous small portion. I'm not coming back. Apple Juice is good though.

As someoe who has worked at chipotle, this is not supposed to be this small. It's also supposed to be cut in half. It's also pretty cold, but there's no good way of knowing if that's their fault or not. I will say this is the first bad order from here I've had in a while.

This chipotle is the worst, every time I order. Burrito Bowl was LIGHT and missing guacamole sour cream and that's basically the whole point. Burrito was microscopic. This was a last minute, last choice option. it remains my last choice. Out of something? compensate for customers paying extra through an app that you don't even have to talk to. Other stores consistently communicate issues to me through door dash or by phone. never this store.
Chipotle Okemos (W Grand River) reigns supreme and never misses, just save yourself the sadness and go to that one. don't order from here if you appreciate good food and proper customer service.
