Florence store always makes the best salad so very fresh. And never forgets the dressing! Best lunch ever!

Food was dry! Rice was stuck together, forgot my onions and peppers in the bowl, looked sloppy and thrown together. I was able to make it eatable because I did get dine adobo ranch and a Side of Queso Blanco so mixing that in made it better. Portion size was ok as I didn't add all the extras. Wouldn't really order there again but the chipotle chick was pretty good

Quality control seems to be lacking here. A few weeks ago they forgot my chips but gave me a refund so no big deal. This time they forgot to put guac, corn, and salsa in my bowl. It was very bland, which is very disappointing for a $15 meal. At least they remembered the chips this time, even though they were extremely stale.

The Chips & Queso Blanco was good. Ate a few then and the rest the next day. Still good as new. But let's get into the bowl. BARLEY filled half the bowl. It wasn't bad. The portion size was just minimal.

I don't know who made the bowls today but they were made to perfection. Everything was layered as if the employee knew all the right spots to put the ingredients. The guacamole was extra tasty today. I really feel as if they hired a chemist to specifically research the best measurements for the perfect guacamole.
