Soooo good I had to slow down eating them. The Old Skool Roll was so delicious and the PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN ROLL arrived warm and gooey. This place puts Cinnabun to shame. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

underwhelming. Seems as if the rolls are smaller compared to other locations. Not sure if they run out of boxes but they appear to be in some boxes from Sam. The roll was hot and good so that makes it a three star.

The brownies were pretty good. The cinnamon rolls were disappointing. They were edible but not good.
Barely baked long enough with icing slopped on top. This was a reward for my employees, so a little embarrassing when I opened the box.

This is the last time I order from here. I ordered the KING OF DALLAS ROLL which is marketed as having bananas, strawberries, and chocolate. I received a King Cake roll -- which wasn't awful (though I hate plastic garnishes) -- but everything had a strong aftertaste of alcohol? I ordered Baby Buns and the hazelnut icing had such a strong, nose scrunching, alcohol burn that it was inedible. Were the ingredients turning perhaps? The Baby Buns also were just WET inside but not like gooey -- just a watery mess.
