All our coffees are organic and fair trade sourced and roasted in house. Our espresso is a proprietary blend and a medal winner of the Golden Bean North American Roasting competition. Many of our coffees have won in this prestigious competition where we have competed and gained many friends from around the globe. All of our toasts are served on our fresh made daily home made bread

All our sandwiches come on home made rolls or sliced breads with exception to the turkey sandwich served on a croissant. Also our meats are sliced in house from whole hams and turkey breasts never with processed lunch style meats
