• DoorDash orderI ordered their coffee ice cream last night. It was old and had ice in it. Instead of being creamy, it crumbled. I threw it out. I cannot remember in my life time tossing ice cream. It has never happened there before. They are not checking the freshness of their product.

• DoorDash orderDelicious ice cream but they got my order wrong. I ordered the Chocolate Devotion®and Surrender to Strawberry™. Both are great but they forgot the waffle bowl and the cake pieces in the Surrender to Strawberry™

• DoorDash orderRepeatedly I pay tor extra toppings and there seems to be a specific staff member who doesnt add them. Some staff make great coldstone creations. If this person does this to other orders, I hope they are corrected by mgmt , or fired.
