Hardly any "toppings" and I paid extra to double one of them.

When you pay for double of certain toppings, it shouldn't look as though you didn't even get 1 serving of it.

The ice cream was really good but the size of the cup was way smaller than I was expecting for the price

It was mostly just ice cream with hardly any toppings on either one. When you pay per toppings and / or pay for double toppings, it should be mixed throughout the bowl. Instead, they just sprinkled a tiny bit on top, and that was it. When you're paying almost $13 for the bowl, it's not worth it.
