False advertising for their guacamole. It is listed as 2oz but they only give you 1oz which is tiny and have the audacity to charge an extra $1 for it (see photos). Food was also room temperature when it arrived.

I get the same thing every time, which is a burrito with red sauce. Normally the burrito has form to it and makes it easy to cut, but instead of being shaped like a tube, it was about four inches wide by an inch and a half tall. Made the burrito difficult to eat and cut into and it felt like there wasn't as much on the inside as usual. I really like costa vida but not if the quality of the food is gonna go down

It's a really bad idea to package the kids meal the way you do, especially when theres refried beans, can you not see how it all just mushes together and ruins eerhthing? Maybe get a plate with dividers or put the sides in separate containers?

I asked for a side of guacamole, and sour cream. Since when does a side get shoved in with the food like this. I love costa vida but this is my first time ordering from this store. I normally order from the one off of Caldwell Boulevard and Ive never had an issue with them. Im normally not the type of person to write reviews but I really dont like guacamole and sour cream in my rice and beans. Please do better and dont false advertise something if what you really doing is shoving it all together in one container.
