This was my 1st order. simply put, they were so thoughtful of the occasion! they truly made my day!! HUGE ,TASTY and best of all the presentation is perfect. Clean ,sealed and looking like a gift! THANK YOU !!

I ordered cookies from this location twice this week (some to snack on, some to put in the freezer). On Monday, the cookies had very bright, sweet frosting and the cookie part itself was very crumbly and soft. On Friday, the cookies had a very light colored, almost tasteless frosting and the cookie was pretty standard consistency for Crumbl cookies. While the cookies were decent both times, there seems to be some inconsistency in product/preparation at this location. Usually I do not have an issue at this location.

I've bought from this establishment many times. The cookies are always huge and worth the money. This time, they were very small (unusually small). I could have bought this size at the Safeway bakery and saved a lot of money. Very disappointed.

Excited to try my first Mini 3-Pack however the cookies were not fresh. Also they just shoved a thing of maple syrp which was already open and it drip out on to two of the cookies! Very disappointing es since it isnt exactly cheap to order. Will not make that mistake again.

order wasnt warm or fresh , i was under the impression each order was cooked as it was ordered, especially for the price. i could have gotten walmart bakery cookies if i didn't want warm fresh cookies that cost $20 for 4.
