I've always liked the food here. The last 3 times I've ordered (combo of in person and doordash), they keep either forgetting my sauce or give the wrong one. I even asked for cheese, which costs $1.39, and didn't get it but got the other sauces. Bag wasn't properly sealed this time either. Sticker was on receipt. Not sure if new management is the issue.

I ordered the 2 piece of fish North Atlantic Cod Dinner. It's the first time I've been disappointed as it was the smallest pieces of fish they have ever served. Certainly not worth the price

Food to good to take a picture! First time trying Culvers and I'm in love and will be returning. Why did no one tell me about Wisconsin Cheese Curds ?!? Absolutely amazing lol and that Mushroom & Swiss Value Basket was so delicious

The service was beyond poor. If I could give less than one star, I would. the guy who was the manager was snappy, threw the bag at me. packaged the cold salad dressing with the hot food. and my mistake is I pointed it out.i can only imagine how the staff is since he is the Mgr. the salad exceeded my exiectstions and it was super fresh.
