My bowl was really good but I can't eat chocolate and I ordered Cheesecake raspberry they sent chocolate. Now I'm out money and dessert. It was almost 5 dollars for not even a half of a piece of cheesecake that you would normally get at cheesecake factory, which is what they say you're getting . Please double check your orders before they leave. Thank you

Sauce is way too sweet and level 5 is roughly the same level of heat as mayo, and the Kimchi serving size was very small. The fried chicken was honestly really good, but it wasn't enough to carry the rest of the bowl.

Cup bop is great! We always love the flavors, the different levels of spicy & we love the potstickers. We didn't receive utensils with our Door Dash order but the food was delicious & full of flavors.

If getting the GF hot sauce, specify the amount in the order notes!!! I ordered the GF Tofu bowl and was surprised that you cannot pick your spice level when selecting the GF hot sauce.
What arrived was a tofu bowl drenched in the GF hot sauce which resembles a sambal and is very spicy. I'm talking 5-6 tablespoons worth. I had to rinse my noodles with water, add my own hot sauces, and reheat the whole dish to salvage the meal. Bummed to say the least - I really loved cupbop before going GF and would frequently order spice level 6 as I enjoy some heat to my food. Order with caution and specificity if gluten-free!
