the bun was dried out and hard and the ketchup was dripping off really bad! I could barely even eat it. The chocolate shake was awesome!

l requested only mayo and ketchup and I only got a little speck of ketchup and it was piled high with lettuce and so much mayo that it was dripping! Also the fries were way over cooked and burnt to a crisp! It was like they took old fries and cooked them again! It was horrible!
