Ordered two ice tea's in our combos. Ended up with one Mountain Dew with no ice and no straws. Food itself good.

I don't want to sound ungrateful, but, for the first time my Blizzrd showed up half melted and soupy.
I put it in my freezer before I eat any.
This has never happened before, always have gotten great product there. I hope this is a one time thing, because usually they're great.
