Instead of the store contacting me or replacing my turtle blizzard, they scribbled it off the check and cancelled the blizzard completely! I had to pay the same delivery fee and tip for less stuff. Tried calling the store and they hung up on me instead of answering.

I ordered the 2 Chili Cheese Dogs Combo. I wanted onions added but no onions were on the hot dogs. I also didn't get the slushy or the chips that I wanted. Surprised i even got the hot dogs. Worst service ever.

Everything I get here has been great. My main complaint is that every year I wait for the pumpkin pie blizzard to come out. Last year you never updated the website to get the new fall flavors ,and again this year so far it has not been updated. I would be very grateful if you could update it so we all could get and enjoy the new fall flavors that we all love.
