the hash browns were nearly raw and not crisp at all, the omelette had very little cheese, we needed more syrup too for the pancakes, I will pay the extra dollar for IHOP instead of this sorry restaurant.

I ordered the grand slam. x-tra sausage, and pancakes. did NOT get the grand slam. 2nd time order, not right. Won't be a third. and then the customer service was very very poor
