They had to substitute the brisket with pulled pork (with my consent) and I'll be damned if that wasn't the best pulled pork sandwich I have EVER had (and I'm 59, so I've had a few).

I got pulled pork, sliced brisket and chicken breast for the 3 meats. They were all decent but the chicken was super dry - I used the tiny cup of bbq sauce for pork, brisket. I paid $1.00 for a tiny side of ranch that I used for the chicken. I chose potato salad (this was cold, crispy and fresh) and Mac n cheese (this was also somehow dry? but good flavor) for my sides. Texas toast is edible. Overall it's a good meal (+leftovers!) for decent BBQ prices but I don't think I'll order again.

I ordered the 2 meat plate with Sliced brisket and Ribs. It wasn't sliced brisket that I got. It was a small pile of some kind of shredded meat taste nothing like brisket. Also 2 tiny extremely fatty ribs. No folk to eat my sides at work. No napkins.

Failed to prepare order in a timely manner. 30 min after order, Washer texted me she'd been there 20 minutes, and they had not prepared my order. 50 minutes to get it vs 25. Pulled pork and chicken were good. Ribs were waaaay overcooked, like jerky to charcoal texture. I usually like Dickeys, but this one is not good.

Ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches and okra. Bread was hard and pulled pork was super greasy and they forgot the barbecue sauce. They also gave me fries instead of okra. Are they even checking orders? For the price of things in their restaurant you think they'd be a little bit more up on it. I'm not going to order Dickies again.
