got 2 hot chocolates and one was spilled in the bag because it wasn't properly secured for transportation. then I order a dozen donuts and get charged for the full dozen and receive 6 donuts. for the price I pay you think this app would make sure my order is actually correct.

The latte was made completely wrong and tasted disgusting, which is odd because I get my drink from here all the time and my Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread wasnt even toasted and only had cream cheese on one side. Super dissapointed.

Every time I order a donut it is upside down and I loose all the frosting. Disappointing missing the best part.
