Coffee was plain and burnt ef after specifically adding hazelnut, mocha, and almond. Ordered two muffins and received two bagels instead.... hoping this store improves with instructions and replacements..

Extremely hit or miss. Dunkin's donuts are mediocre. Their sandwiches and drinks are sometimes good but other times they totally screw it up (like today).

Im giving two stars because the donut holes were great, but I ordered the bagel sandwich and it was almost burned. You could taste it as you bit into it, it was nasty.
