Order came complete but took over 20 extra minutes to be made and picked up. When I received my order, the coffee was not mixed at all, hashbrowns were soft and room temp, and my Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was bland and bread was floppy when specified to be toasted.

The Original Blend Iced Coffee, Ham & Ham & Swiss Pretzel Slider, and Chicken Bacon Croissant Stuffer were excellent. The Hash Browns were hockey pucks. Dry and hard. It's always risky ordering the hashbrowns. Maybe Dunkin needs to workshop a new method.

sad to say when I opened the sealed perfectly delivered bag and handed out the fresh hot delicious food to everyone,once again my order was missing something. my hash browns were clearly shown on the receipt and charged for but not in the bag. not the first time. I would love to order from this store more the food is great but 10 out of 10 times I have not gotten my full order.
