shorted me on everything I ordered. LG cappuccino was half full. 25 doughnut holes was 20. dozen doughnuts was 11.

The munchkins are dry, stale, not glazed. It's like whoever made them yesterday or the day before has never made or eaten a donut before. Bagel is also dry and stale. Potatoes cold and mushy. Bacon was okay. Won't waste money at this store again.

Original Blend Iced Coffee was ac perfect for once but the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was terrible. Soggy bread, bland eggs and half of the sandwich didn't have a thing on it.

They need to hire more people. The food is great when it's right but they're terribly understaffed. I have dietary restrictions and I get a very specific order a few times a week and they either get the ingredients wrong, forget items, or sometimes hand my food to the wrong driver. Again, this is not really on the staff. I checked and there's often only a single worker in the back. Hire more people!
