My iced coffee was crazy strong. No skim milk or Splenda added.

The Matcha latte was very milky and didn't taste very much like matcha at all. The iced caramel coffee had the right amount of cream, but lacked the caramel flavor/sweetness it normally has. I order the same 4cream4sugar4swirl from every location and this just tasted off.

The yeah should have blueberry and liquid cane sugar. No blueberry and regular sugar it tastes horrible. The donut holes my son got are hard. And the bacon in the wake-up wraps are so burnt. We threw them away

My drink was only HALF FILLED I had a medium matcha latte, it was only filled to the point of being a small. Don't get me wrong the drink was good but the service was terrible. I don't blame the driver bc 1) I don't live far but had to use DoorDash bc I was sick 2) the dasher actually responded to my order pretty quickly. So I honestly blame the workers for somehow filling a MEDIUM and making it a SMALL -_-

My coffee didn't taste very good. I order the same drink at another location near me but it consistently tastes really good there.
