This is the second time I've ordered from this location. I was hoping that the first time was a mistake. My bacon, avocado & tomato egg white bagel was without the tomato shmear completely, barely any avocado and way too much bacon. I will never go to Einstens bagels again.

Food would have been good if we would have received what we ordered. It was a large order but we didn't get the Nova Lox Brunch Special & Shmear Tubs & Single Bagel with Shmear. Tried to call the store but nobody picks up. The store must know that they short served us, because our dasher knew, but haven't called to apologize. They haven't even credit us us back for items not available. Very disappointed at Einstein Bros Bagels

The two bagels I had were just okay. They were no longer hot and the Santa Fe bagel was harder than I like and difficult to eat.
