This is the 3 time I order from this store and they always forget something. They have never sent the drinks I have ordered. They even once forgot to put chicken on my tostada salad.
This time they did not send dressing for any of the 2 salads I requested and specified the type of dressing. They didn't send the drink, no chips and salsa as they stated in the required choices, and they did not send any of the 4 churros I ordered. Wow... I am fortunate they sent anything.

9/10, this Pollo Loco has gotten my order wrong. I guess it's my fault for believing next time they'll get it right lol

I don't know what is going on in this particular Pollo Loco, but everytime I order anything with chicken it's left over crumbs. And whenever I order salsa (which I stopped adding to my cart cause I never get it) it's never is put in the bag. Wish I had the option to choose a different location.

El Polli Loco's soup is delicious BUT I never get the toppings Tortilla strips, cheese etc and that what makes the soup for me.
