The best freezer ive gotten! Love it!
The tamper safe sticker they put on it, is a little tough to stick the straw through like you are supposed to be able to do. But you can remove it or just work with it until the straw goes through lol.

I ordered a iced chai with pumpkin spice syrup and added cold foam. It was delicious and was made fresh. tasted just as yummy as my seasonal drink at Starbucks if not better.

tasted like burnt bitter coffee. no the first time I've had this issue but I thoght it was just a one off issue. apparently they just burn their coffee. wouldn't order again from them.

Didn't receive whipped cream on Iced Tuxedo but otherwise super good, everything was delicious and proportionate, will be ordering again!
