Both sandwiches were soggy and flavorless. Barely any lettuce on the Hook & Ladder. It would have been better to just make a sandwich at home. Will never be ordering from here again. So disappointing and low quality.

Had a Italian sub and soup... Soup was amazing... But, the sub was trash... Bread was super soggy... Meat tasted tangy... Not good at all...

The Firehouse Meatball® had very little marinara sauce. I couldn't really see or taste it. I'm disappointed.
