This place is so hit or miss, I swear. It was a huge miss for me today and I am not ordering from this Firehouse again. I got an Engineer® with extra mushrooms. It came cold, no cheese, not melted or toasted in the slightest bit. Paid for extra mushrooms and there were maybe 3 on the whole medium sandwich. Bread was just cold out of the bag and turkey was room temp. It didn't taste at all how it should and it promptly went in my trash can. Save yourself some time and put a $20 bill in your trash can if you have a craving for a sandwich from here! The end result would be the same.

The sandwich that I bought wasn't all that great. I don't know if it was the meat or condiment that was used on my sandwich. It didn't taste the same from the other times I bought the same sandwich due my in person visits.

Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub was good, but the bread was burnt. I had to take the insides out and make another sandwich. Brownie amazing
