This was a really bad order. the quality has gone downhill. For a $25 order, you'd think the bag would have been sealed in addition to the Mac and cheese being more than half full. So bad. my sandwich arrived soggy due to the excessive amount of lettuce and dressing. Completely inedible.

The Firehouse Chili was burnt in some areas, and the beans were undercooked. The container it came in showed signs of being burnt (possibly microwaved).
The Pastrami sub had very soggy bread, despite not ordering any sauces/dressings for it.

Got my usual Hook & Ladder, very disappointing. Sloppily made, WAY too much mayo. But worse than that, they're using a different type of deli meat. The ham is gristly, tough, very salty, with a thicker rind. The turkey is a thicker cut and also tough. Maybe it was just a one-time thing, and since they've been consistently good so far, I'll probably give them one more try. Not soon though.

Let me start by saying I am not a picky eater. The food was barely edible. The meatballs in the meatball sub taste like the meatballs from Chef Boyardee's spaghetti and meatballs. The Mac and cheese surely only has one type of cheese and is super basic. The bacon in my potato soup tasted like bacon bits you get off the shelf in the store. Didn't get my soda :(

Order was missing both pickles. The New York Steamer, which is my favorite, was the worst one I have ever received. Very minimal meat and other toppings......disappointed.
