Normally a big fan of Firehouse. But this time, our Italian™ sandwiches were not toasted, and the Chips we got were stale. Still love the sandwich and will get them again, but disappointed with this particular order.

Can't go wrong with anything on Firehouse's menu. Their New York Steamer® is always consistent and cooked to perfection. My husband loves the Hook & Ladder® as well!

They never miss!! Everything was hot and fresh!! And it's THE BEST potato soup of all time. Add the cheese, bacon, and onion. It's drool worthy.

The sandwich was alright but it stuck to the wrapping and that kinda tore the sandwich apart trying to get it out. They also forgot the side pickle for BOTH sandwiches, which we specifically went into the sandwich options to make sure was selected. The food was worth 4 stars, but forgetting the side pickle and having to eat some of the paper is limiting

What is the best sandwich in the whole entire world you ask? The turkey bacon ranch. Beautifully crafted with the most delicious pepper corn ranch. The onion makes the best crunch and then the pickle on the side makes a wonderful bite. Just blows my mind EVERYTIME.
