I preordered flowers last night, and they were supposed to arrive at 11am, they did not come until 12:30. I tried to cancel my order bec I was late for work due to waiting and they refused to refund me saying the flowers were too expensive. When they got here they looked dead and did not even match the description.

Horrible, the arrangement was just thrown together no extra TLC to make it pop or look nice after all the money I paid. And I did not Receive the balloons I paid for. Horrible just horrible
