The lamb Orecchiette was phenomenal! I could order this every week. I always love the Gem Salad. The lettuce is crisp and the dressing is perfectly balanced. Forma never disappoints

Great to get good pasta, salads, and sides for the price. Kinda amazed to see in this area.
Loved the arancini. Everything was good- the pipette ragu was a bit salty but I mixed it with the gem salad and it was fine. Pesto was 4/5- solid.

I just ordered the Germilli Pesto and it is truly dissapointing. Pasta with plain green sause poured on top. It is one favorie dishes from your establishment. The accompaning photo is after I mixed it up in hopes of saving the dish! Please do better!

Fettuccine Funghi was alright... was looking for some more flavor in the pasta's sauce. Mushrooms were good, Seared Salmon was good
