The Braised Pot Roast was so very flavorful, still hot, and just downright delicious! The broccoli cheese rice was so well seasoned as well as the mashed potatoes with gravy that I had with it.
The Wednesday- Vegetable Beef Stew was beyond good! I'd never had it before and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount, the flavor, and the overall seasoning. I got the corn souffle and the black eye peas with it. The corn souffle was divine. I haven't had it that good in ages!! The black eye peas, however, needed seasoning. Thank you so much!!

The fried okra was very dry and overcooked. A fork would not penetrate it. It was definitely burnt. The pie was actually about a half a slice. It takes up only half the size of its box. You get no more than 3 fork fulls. I have gone to the one by the spillway and have always liked it. I was very disappointed with this order. The roast beef tastes fine though.

Food is never consistent in taste or flavors. I got the food last night that had sat there probably all day. Asked for MP&G but only got dried out mashed potatoes and chicken and dumplings were bone dry and such scarce amounts of chicken that it should have been just listed as dumplings. But like I always say, there is hope for this place if they could freshen up the food, use gentle but more spices and do it consistently, they could do much better business!!!

Awful! I order often from Fresh Market but this order was terrible. Country Fried Steak was so overdone I couldn't cut it with a steak knife. Cornbread tasted like it was several days old. Lima beans were spilled over mashed potatoes. Expensive to throw out!

You know this place has potential. I tried the pot roast and the spices with the unneeded extra bell peppers were just not necessary. Better than the green beans that had zero flavor, though. The MP&G were fine but easily could be better with just a little spice addage. The chicken and dumplings needed depth of flavor and less dumplings and more thick brothy goodness as well as more chicken. If this restaurant was more consistent and used just a few extra spices, they might be competition. Just so almost on all the flavors.
