Hands down the best chicken rice in SF!! The chicken is a lot juicer and rice more fragrant than other places. On top of that, the price is better than the competition.

One of my go-to delivery places. The food is delicious, I always get the original Gai with ginger sauce. The portion sizes are big enough for 1.5 meals.
The Chicken rice is deliciously flavorful, and you can tell that the chicken they use is fresh.

This store is nowhere near the quality of the one on 6th & Market St. Second time delivery automated to this location, first time it was bland. This time the rice feels like crunchy leftover, chicken is way over salted! One soup was missing from the order, the soup spilled all over and broke the bag - they use a different container than 6th St. I asked no utensils, yet they still included.

Some of the most tasty and crispy chicken you can get. How do they get it so crispy? Have had a lot of the options. Mango Jelly is also really good as is the Thai Ice Tea with mango puree.

I ordered delivery via DoorDash over the weekend, and everything went smoothly! The Dan Dan noodles were packaged really well (and the bag was stapled shut). Gai Chicken and Rice is my absolute favorite place to get Dan Dan noodles, and I know I’ll be ordering delivery again soon :)
