• DoorDash orderThe lack of lox in the spread was a disappointment. The bagel was beyond burnt and the taste of burnt food is not pleasant or enjoyable. Also make sure when adding avocado to NOT include the pit/rind. Give us the option to choose how toasted we want our bagels.

• DoorDash orderThey said they were out of the enlightenmint yerba mate but I saw it in the box they pulled from the back... The bagels tasted like they werent toasted at all. One of the bagels was supposed to be with jalapeño cream cheese and it was basically the same as the plain cream cheese with maybe one jalapeño small piece in it. Overall poor experience

• DoorDash orderI've ordered from here before and never had an issue. The bagels are good and usually hot. Today only 1/3 of my order arrived and the bagel is a mess. Super disappointed.
