How do y'all screw up 2 door dash orders within 30 minutes apart. The first time I ordered the 9 Piece Legs & Thighs, I didn't even receive the chicken. The second time I ordered, the chicken is burnt and also had 2 breasts and 2 wings in the "Legs and Thighs" meal. Additionally, what happened to the roles, they're half the size they used to be. TRASH!

This is the third time I ordered and they didn't send the lotta zing SAUCE and the fruit punch has a weird carbonation to it and is very watered down. It's like someone mixed it with sprite or something and is full of ice when I requested no ice.
Im also missing a wing AGAIN! And I'm missing my Fudge Brownie

ordered both with gravy on the side because i'm sick and havent eaten in 4 days and gravy does not settle well when sick. both mashed potatoes ordered came with gravy directly on top of them.

This is my 2nd time ordering from here. The first time they didnt give me my dipping sauce (gravy), and this time the fries tasted awful. Not to mention, they were hard. This is very disappointing.
