Just recieved a very sad looking veggie burger. Toppings were very very scarce, they forgot the salsa verde (reason I ordered that type of burger). The veggie pattie was really wet and mushie. I could only eat a small amount of it. All for 25$ via doordash!

Order was kept in the Dasher's car way too long so everything arrived cold and limp. The avocado tacos were bad. Wet avocado on tortilla shells that had fallen apart and a bit of cabbage. Not good.
The tofu sandwich was weak. Nobody wants the main part of their sandwich to be a quarter inch while the buns are 3 inches. It lacked substance and flavor.
The onion rings would've been great but they were cold. Fries were unremarkable.

Gotts decided to smash my hotdog, leaving it messy and impossible to eat, just to make sure the rest of the order fit in the box. That's just sloppy and disrespectful. Why would you do that to the food someone just paid you for??
Gotts, if you're out of boxes, try using a paper bag. They require less resources and then you don't ruin your customers' food as easily.
Also, apparently whoever cut the red pepper forgot to remove the seeds.
This isn't the first time either of these issues have happened. Why would anyone want to shell out $60 (food+fees+tip) for food that's been handled so carelessly?? I'd be better off ordering from McDonald's.

Delicious, creative, caring, beautiful, good portions, good price, awesome presentation.
These guys are GOATS. Honestly, over 1 year of doordash and I never left a review, but it was impossible to not come here to say something. You guys are an example, please keep up!
