I ordered the V13. Shiitake Mushroom with Bok choy 香菇菜心 again. It is so fresh and good! Also, I love the N8. Singapore Chow Mei Fun 星洲米粉. I order it from every restaurant that has it, and this is one of the best! Always great portion sizes and preparation times. Fantastic!

Deep fried fish nuggets were crispy and tasty with just the right amount of heat. Beef tendon and tripe in chili oil were tender and flavorful, with great Sichuan chili oil. Shredded pork with garlic sauce is always a hit in hour house!

Everything was remarkable.
A13. Wood-ear Mushrooms W. Wild Peppers was like nothing I've ever had. Amazing.
A11. Sichuan Pickled Vegetables was so crunchy and fresh. Very unique.
S8. West Lake Beef Broth was hearty and satisfying. Large serving. Great!
Finally, my absolute favorite: N8.singapore chow meifun was incredible. Also quite unique. Not like others I've tried.
Fantastic all around. Grade A+.
