the grease was old and bad. chicken wasn't golden brown. it was very dark. the legs were the biggest I've ever seen. the size of my whole hand and it smells funny. the chicken is usually good but this time was the worst!

HORRIBLE! Extra Party Wings (5) is not fried and barley breaded or cooked. You also pay dang near $5 for 3 little Mozz Sticks (3) I got my money back and will NEVER order from this location again.

Chicken and waffles comes with half a waffle not a whole waffle. You can also only order a waffle if you get the Chicken & Waffle (2 Wings).
The gizzards do not taste fresh and taste like the grease needs to be changed. Very disappointed.

I use to love this place. Now they have gone up on their prices and yet the quality has gone down. You have to pay extra for the mild sauce, and they don't even fill the containers up halfway. If we're paying extra, at last fill it up. The wings are also smaller and sometimes you get bread and sometimes you don't. They are always running out of stuff and they sometimes forget your Cole Slaw. The other locations are much better and it's sad considering this is located in Kennesaw. Poor management, need to do better!
