Forgot items as usual but to be fair, any hungry jacks I purchase from, makes this mistake.

again I order a grilled chicken burger and get a fried burger. the staff need to learn the difference between fried and grilled.

Food was cold, and I mean "is this a joke?" cold, bread was stale/hard (like it was toasted, but there was no toasting...). Driver was ready and waiting for 15 minutes to collect the food before it was ready for them, so I don't understand why the food was in this condition for the premium price paid. I will email head office and make a complaint as clearly this store needs a refresh on procedures and is doing what they want. This is not the only time this has happened and I've decided to place a review now because repeatedly the price paid outweighs what you get.
