I am a Jdawg fan, but this is the first and last time I will order it to be delivered, when I'm in the store I can see that they are making what I ordered. Tonight I ordered 3 Polish dawgs and got beef dogs and the one I ordered without onions had onion all over it. So disappointed in the order tonight.

weird packaging and everything arrived stale so I'm not sure what to think. the buns were super raw like they did nothing to prepare them for a seven dollar experience. im disappointed for sure. there's gotta be a better process to it all that isn't any more expensive for the company itself.. I feel like it would have been good if it was packaged correctly. I'm asking for my money back. not happy :( it was all very cold and I'm pretty sure one of the beef dogs had a missing condiment. we couldn't find it.

I love jdawgs but there have been multiple times we have received orders missing items. the bag doesn't come sealed or with a recipt either. the food is amazing but when you don't get all your food, there's no way of reordering without paying all the fees again. I would just like to see a more professional process.
