I really do love a grilled sandwich, toasted on a well-seasoned grill and the Sourdough Jack is such a sandwich, making for a tasty burger variation, without compare at any other fast food chain. Excellent.

It was great, foods tasted good, got my order pretty fast, only took 20 mins for them to make it and bing it here, the combos are really nice, a decent amount of fries and a huge drink, the drink was biger than everywhere else I been to, and also unlike other places where they gave like half cup of icr, this place gives only around 20% ice super nice. I order the same evertime but it actually taste really good evertime, very good service

This place Always has well prepared food and their food prepared for delivery is just like if you were there yourself unlike whole lot of others where they throw things in the bag and no NOT take care and the food is taste old, it's cold, and many times items are missing!

i ordered a large popcorn chicken meal with sauces; albeit it is a late order but they left out all sauces, underportioned large fries and the small size of the box of chicken wasn't what we paid for. At least send the sauces we requested.

They completely messed up our drinks. There have been things wrong with every single order we have gotten from here. I wish we could choose which JIB to order from. The one in Martinez rarely(once a year) get our order wrong. This store store should pay attention. I don't say this lightly. I'm am a former JIB manager.
