my shake cup was cracked and it was half full it had more whip cream then shake really not cool for people too work there if they handle people's food in a poor way makes me not want too order from you guys again and I order from jack n the box a lot Large Oreo® Shake

I don't know who's angry today but my food came out horrible I ordered 6 tacos they came all taped together and broken and also ordered triple cheeseburger loaded bacon and cheese they put the wrong patties I paid $10 for a bitty tiny burger also ordered spicy nacho chicken it was undercooked I think this needs to be tooken more seriously I spend $60 on food here all the time I should be a valued customer, I should get what I pay for and have my food treated with respect..

Jack is my go to for late night munchies, they diiiid forget my straw but y'know what, I do not mind, the sandwich was good and cheesy and the fries salty I love it
