It has really great portions it was really warm I'm glad it was fresh it tasted perfectly seasoned and I like how the fries weren't burnt but they were actually warm same with the chicken also sauce exploded in the bag and there's no option for no sauce which I would choose and I found it gross lol

First of all let's be clear, it is fast food which doesn't mean it is bad but let's be real it will never be fine cusine. That said they make a really solid breakfast sandwich and the meat lovers Burrito is top notch. A nice way to fill up in the morning. My only criticism is their hash browns are way too expensive. They aren't bad just small and expensive.

It was really good this time unfortunately I often recive cold food but today it was very good the fries and chicken were both fresh and the portions weren't tampered with, I would probably order it again but only if they can keep with with making it hot.

I ordered the Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo and was very disappointed. The curly fries were ok but the burger was just flat out sad. Tomatoes were squishy and soggy, lettuce was wilting and the chicken itself was a thin, dried out slab that I wouldn't even feed my dog. I've had good days here but this is definitely not one of them.

my food was fresh and hot. I loved the egg rolls. first time trying them, they are worth it. they were a lot bigger than I thought. when they say large they mean it.
