My Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese looks nothing like the advertisement which I dont expect miracles but its looking rough. Smashed flat and very dry. A tomato the size of a 50¢ piece. Dissappointing. I was really looking for to it.

The food is disgusting. The beef for the hamburgers and tacos taste extremely weird like chemicals like thats not what beef taste like. The chicken sandwich was just okay. The cheesecake has a weird jello like texture. Terrible food.

The fries is why I gave it 3 stars, they were excellent. But the Classic Smashed Jack was burnt. If I wasn't poor and didn't feel bad about wasting food, I would have trashed it. Worst burger I've had in a while. Fries were 4 stars. That burger was a 1.5.

jumbo jack was fine.
soda and Red Bull refresher is good.
sadly no straws again. sad I won't be able to have it at the register after my lunch break. I pretty much have to chug down a large soda and the redbull in 30 minutes kinda sucks.
