I ordered a Southwest Salad w/ Crispy Chicken and no chicken was in the salad. It's a HUGE bummer when you pay for something and the workers dont make it correctly.

Everytime I order from here, whenever I geta milkshake, half the time theirs never a straw. If Iask for a straw, even then I only get a straw half the time. The 4pc Mozzarella Sticks is made with no real care, half the bag isn't even cooked all the way. I work in the food industry, with fryers daily. It's not hard to look at the at the food your frying and tell if it's done or not. Still don't have my buttermilk ranch either. The only reason I got the 4pc Mozzarella Sticks was to get the ranch I asked for with the sticks, because they always forget the ranch with my Large French Fry. Maybe you should look into your staff and do some fixing, this isn't a new problem, even when I go in person, even when my family goes to eat it's still issues like this that happens. Annoyed.

The Large Oreo® Shake didnt come with a straw. It almost never comes with straw when I order it, and sometimes when I order regular drinks like water or soda the straw comes up short . In fact, I even use the "Add Straw" button in hopes that I get the spare since I know I won't get one the first time. Funny how I got 2 forks for one Cheesecake. Not really what I needed but sure, thanks. What's even more annoying is a buddy of mine has the same problem! How do we both not get straws? Please tell whoever is working to remember put a straw in the bag. Maybe next time, but we'll see if I get a straw or not.
