Amazing. Beans are smoked with the right touch of sweetness, collar greens are tender no taste of vinegar, LASTLY, the MEATS COOKED TO PERFECTION, shout out to the fact they took the membrane off of the ribs everything tasted clean and like mid west/ down south BBQ everything is on POINT

Been craving BBQ... Great portion size for the price. The tri-tip was tender, nice smoke ring. The ribs had a nice smoky flavor , fell of the bone; coulda used a little kick of seasoning (my opinion). Potato salad had good flavor but I prefer mine on the sweeter side. Greens had a nice bite, not vinegary. Not sure if it was cornbread or cake...not a fan!!!

Meat tender and tasty. BBQ sauce has the right amount of kick to it. Great customer service. As I first timer I didn't know if I wanted mac&cheese or greens. They sent both. Yams are a good texture and nicely seasoned. Will come again!

If you dont know, now you know! If you havent tried Jayceons then you're cheating yourself. THIS IS THE BEST BBQ IN STOCKTON, No doubt!! Meat is on hit and the sides are on point... I really like the customer service also, professional, nice and they treat you like family. Ribs fall off of the bone! Don't thank me later.. Thank me now!

My 1st time trying it out today. I ordered the 4 way meal ,chicken ,ribs,tri tip , hot links . Food was hot and big portions . Flavor was good , sauce had a hint of heat but not to kill your palate spicy, very flavorful . This plate is enough for 2 people
to enjoy. Ribs fell off the bone, tri tip was tender,Hot links taste like Alpines , and chicken was tender and juicy . Meats had just a lil sauce but not drowning so all u taste is sauce . I asked for an extra side of sauce to dip . I would order again .
