Never had a bad order here! The GIANT #4 TURKEY TOM® was fantastic! Made exactly as I ordered it and tasted fresh. The bread was soft and the extra ingredients I ordered were all there in perfect amounts. I love that they don't skimp on any ingredients ordered.

Jimmy johns forgot my avocado :( for my #5 VITO®sandwich. . And The #4 TURKEY TOM® was extremely mediocre .. Small. tasteless sandwich :(
But the Door Dash driver was awesome!

Order was completely incorrect. Chips were the wrong type, never got my pasta salad.What I did receive wasn't great, as sandwich was a bit dry and pickle tasted off.
