Jimmy Johns is the Cadillac of sub sandwiches. Every one is awesome. The LITTLE JOHN #5 and LITTLE JOHN #2 were as good as the big sandwiches. Love them.

The food was good, but communication about delivery was lacking. When the delivery window came and went without any communication, I went to check if it had possibly been delivered though the app said it was being prepared. Thank goodness I decided to check because it had already been delivered, and I was almost out of time in my lunch break.

I pre-ordered over an hour in advance and it was going to still arrive 20 min late. I called and canceled the order because I wouldn't be able to eat it as my lunch break would be over. The person who I spoke to said they would cancel it.
