Gluten free Shoyu Ramen was superb. Tasty and I requested gluten free meat as well. (Their pork has gluten.) It was packaged seperately which is appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Frankly, on the shortlist for best Ramen this side of Oahu. Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen w/ special toppings, an egg, and the chili oil on the side is the go-to; the broth has a wealthy depth of flavor that isn't too overpowering (or overpriced) and the ability to add spice to personal preference without blowing out the broth's flavor profile is clutch. Enjoy!

This place is always delicious. Unfortunately the vegan Vegan Tantanmen says it's made with meat broth on DoorDash, but I did verify in person with the restaurant that it's vegan and NOT made with meat.
