I love the Crispy Chicken Poblano but have noticed that lately there's been less lettuce and chicken in each bowl.

Second time in a row the salad had stone hard, crunchy rice in it. Not sure what is wrong with this store, either they undercook their rice or leave on th stove all day, but they need to fix their system.

Salads are good, BUT with deliveries they consistently miss ordered ingredients/items. They need enhanced quality control measures to help customers receive all items ordered.
