It was good, reminded me of my old Hawaiin BBQ place I went to before covid that closed. I had the Loco Moco with fries and macaroni salad, and with 2 eggs and 2 beef patties it was a lot of food. One egg was overdone, but for delivery it wasn't bad. I really like the Hawaiian Sun Assorted Drinks in lots of flavors so its nice to be able to order those. Delivered fast, I'm happy.

Their chicken is always deliciously cooked, well portioned and exactly as ordered. Appreciate the little container of sauce but miss when the meat was teriyaki marinated not just BBQ'd.

Was craving mac salad and my go to is usually hawaiian drive in because theirs is my favorite, however, I saw that this was under new management and decided to give it a try. L&L is such a hit and miss but they had so many new options so I ordered quite a few to try. Their BBQ Short Ribs - Regular are way better than before. Spam GOCHUJANG Musubi is okay but too much rice to spam portion and it's pricey for one piece. Also their Firecracker Shrimp Musubi isn't bad but one shrimp is pretty much only half the musubi since the tail takes up quite a bit of space. Shang Hai Lumpia was good, Pork Lumpia is one big eggroll and had too much ginger for my liking. Garlic Fries were decent. Now while everything was decent, the one thing I was craving for disappointed me the most! It was so bland and did not have enough seasoning. It just tastes like mayo and macaroni sadly. Overall it has improved, but please work on the mac salad!

Got the Chicken Katsu - Regular , didn't realize it came with macaroni cheese slaw? Not usually a fan of slaw, but it was actually pretty great and went well with the chicken and the white rice. large portion, extremely filling, and just great.

The Saimin is always a comfort, but unfortunately they pack the noodles with the broth, they were completely soggy and broke apart. A big shame, better to pick up and eat right away. Spam Musubi is solid.
