Pizza was a solid 7 almost an 8 it was edible. Bread sticks were 9/10 only because they were a little bit over cooked

Poorly cut pizza. I'm beginning to think there is some type of conspiracy against properly cutting a pizza at every little Caesars nationwide.I used to justify it by the price but now...well you know.
